Submission of papers

If you submitted an abstract and received an acceptance mail from us, then remember following before submitting the paper.

Please note that the formatting must be strictly adhered to and the page limit must be respected. Due to the large number of papers submitted, the task of editing is very time consuming and that consequently papers not adhering to the guidelines will have to be returned for revision.

Submission of papers

We would also ask you please to submit your paper as quickly as possible and at the very latest by June 15th,  2018. All papers will be supplied in electronic format to delegates, together with a book of abstracts.

If you would like to revise the abstract you submitted, please use the abstract format and submit it by no later than June 15th, 2018. If we do not receive a revised abstract, we will include the one already sent to the Conference Committee in the book of abstracts.

Papers must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx ONLY).
